I don't know if I can accurately sum up how helpful Heather was to our family. She stepped in to help us sell our late father's home after his death, and since we live several hours away, the amount of on-the-scene work Heather managed for us was simply amazing. She handled everything, including several very stressful, unexpected twists and turns, quickly and professionally -- not to mention compassionately, which was a huge bonus given the circumstances. (And in the end, we received a very fair market price for the home.) Whenever we needed a local professional to do anything at the property, she had recommendations to share, and she was more than willing to be on-site to supervise work in our absence. When challenges arose, she communicated quickly, proposing solutions and giving excellent advice. Above and beyond doesn't begin to describe our experience with Heather.
